Youth training

Badmintonvereniging Lisse has a lot to offer to the youth! Training is given at two times, namely:

  • Saturday from 10.00-12.00 hrs (7 to 12 year olds)
  • Monday from 18.30-20.00 hrs (13 to 17 year olds)

The training sessions are given by Therra (Monday and Saturday), Michiel and Lisanne (Saturday, in Therra’s absence).

Youth competition

Every youth member at BV Lisse plays in a competition, this can be in the regional competition or the introductory competition (beginners).

Other activities

Of course, the youth also comes for the fun! Various activities are organised in the form of fun tournaments, parent-child tournaments to youth-senior tournaments. At the end of the season, there is a battle for the coveted badminton diploma, which is of course a festive happening.

And…..have you become enthusiastic about badminton? You can always play 3 times for free (we have badminton rackets for you to borrow), after that you decide whether you want to become a member (Dutch form).

What costs should you take into account?

Membership 2024-2025:€150,-
Racket:between €35,- and €60,- (Yonex, Victor, Head or Carlton)*
Shoes:indoor shoes with profile between €50,- and €80,-
Sports clothing:sports pants + shirt

*For this price you can get a good beginner racket.

Jeugdsportfonds Lisse

Does a family have a low income and can their child therefore not become a member of a sports club or participate in music, dance or theatre? Then there is good news, as of 25 June 2017 the Jeugdsportfonds and Jeugdcultuurfonds are active in the municipality of Lisse.

Heeft een gezin een laag inkomen en kan hun kind daarom geen lid worden van een sportvereniging of deelnemen aan muziek dans of toneel? Dan is er goed nieuws, per 25 juni 2017 zijn in de gemeente Lisse het Jeugdsportfonds en Jeugdcultuurfonds actief.
