Playing times adults
Badmintonvereniging Lisse has a lot to offer to adults (18 years and older)! Our playing time for adults is Monday evening from 20:00-22:00 hrs.
We play by means of an “afhangsysteem”. This means that games are played for 30 minutes and after these 30 minutes everyone changes courts. If there are less than 20 people present, we play games of 20 minutes. The automatic shuttlecock shooter (shuttlekanon) can also be used on Monday evenings! And for a few years now we have been participating in the recreational competition that is organised by a local club. We have also been organising the Open Keukenhof Recreational Tournament since 2016.
The season runs from the end of August to the end of June. Exact dates can be found on our calendar.
Other activities
In addition, various activities are organized. Think for example of our Beerfest evening in October or our gezellige Christmas tournament in December. The season is (almost) always festively concluded with a “gezelligheidstoernooi”.
And…..have you become enthusiastic about badminton? You can always play 3 times for free (we have badminton rackets for you to borrow), after that you decide whether you want to become a member (Dutch form).
What costs should you take into account?

| Racket: | betwee €35,- and €60,- (Yonex, Victor, Head or Carlton)* |
| Shoes: | indoor shoes with profile betwee €50,- and €80,- |
| Sports clothing: | sports pants + shirt |
*For this price you can get a good beginner racket.
